one member with recognised skills or expertise in the area of architectural conservation or architectural history
one alternate member with recognised skills or expertise in the area of architectural conservation or architectural history
one alternate member who is an Aboriginal person and has relevant experience or knowledge of cultural heritage
one alternate member with recognised skills or expertise in archaeology
